Brad is an experienced accounting professional with over a decade serving small businesses with accounting, tax preparation, and strategic financial planning. Brad founded Midwest Financial Advisory to bring the expertise of a large accounting firm to small business owners across the country. He strives for an unparalleled client experience rooted in outstanding communication, supported by accounting & tax proficiency. Brad graduated with his BBA in Accounting from Grand Valley State University and is known for a hands-on, client-focused approach throughout his career.

Ross Putansu is a seasoned tax professional with over 15 years of experience in tax preparation, planning, and resolution. Ross has spent his entire career helping business owners optimize their tax position and stay compliant with all necessary regulations. Ross holds a JD from Michigan State University and a Master’s in Accounting with a tax specialization from Oakland University. In addition to his civilian work, he has over a decade of leadership experience in the Michigan Army National Guard, including overseas deployment in support of Operation Inherent Resolve.
